Running throughout all of the Divisions in our Group is a thread we call Exceptional Quality. Our Quality Management System was specifically developed in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 requirements, and nothing short of the best for our customers is what we concentrate on every day, with constant quality checks, testing and re-testing.

Naturally we comply with a number of quality design and control standards for the industries in which we operate, whether it is LPS 1048, LPCB, ISO9001/2000 or HVCA/DW142. We ensure compliance through Quality Representatives on all of our sites – and on customer sites. These representatives report in to their Company Head of Quality Assurance who periodically reviews effectiveness, and he/she reports to the Group Head of Quality Assurance who monitors the effectiveness of the QMS and reviews regularly its implementation and success at customer level.

We are confident of our quality measures and the Group is happy to provide access to clients and external verification bodies to ensure that we more than reach the required standards.
